Up for your consideration, I have an early tin or galvanized butter churn. I have had this piece on my fireplace for years. But it just does not work with the wife's new decor.Has a wobble because the base protrudes a hair. Fixed that with a coin underneath. The first picture was with a flash to give you a good look. The rest of the pictures are more of the actual color. The top is bent over and missing one of the legs, but it is still sturdy.
The dasher is probably not original. There is a split in the handle at the base and there are some nails driven up thru the dasher into the handle. The total height not counting the dasher is a little over 20 inches and base is 8-1/4 inches across.
