The lid is marked The Lightning Butter Machine, Patent Feb 6, 1917 Stewart Skinner Co. When the wooden handle on the crank is fully up, overall height is about 13.25. Height to the top of the metal handle on the lid is about 12. The base of the jar measures about 4.75 square.
Condition is as seen in photos. Scratches, rust, and other wear. There are some bubbles/imperfections in the glass, which is typical of older glass, and there is one small chip on the inside of the rim of the jar, which is completely covered by the lid, so it does not affect the display of this beautiful piece. Please take a look at the photos and feel free to ask any questions.
