Antique Fully Functional English Blow Butter Churn N40

  
Offered is a fully functional antique English "Blow" butter churn. It has two paddles connected to a central stem controlled by a rotating handle in an egg shaped gear box on the metal screw on top. The glass jar is labeled/embossed with "Blow" Made in England, LR 458; N40 and is flawless. "Blow" is on either side, "British Regd 856612" on one side, dates it to circa 1948 -1949. Metal top has a 1 1/4 diameter punched style whey screen in the top.
